Jazmine Edwards, also known as Jazz, is a dedicated caregiver at Freedom Home Care. With a natural nurturing spirit, Jazz quickly became one of our most sought-after staff members, providing exceptional in-home care to our clients and running her client’s coffee business. She assists with activities of daily living, housekeeping, and life enrichment, always going above and beyond to ensure her clients' comfort and happiness. Jazz's clients adore her so much that they beg to keep her forever! Before joining our team, Jazz had no formal training in care giving, but her innate compassion and dedication allowed her to excel in her role. As a mother of two wonderful boys, Jazz understands the importance of family and pours her heart into everything she does. When she's not caring for her clients, Jazz enjoys spending quality time with her sons, working out, and exploring new experiences with friends. She takes immense pride in her work and is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of those she serves. Fun Fact: Jazz is a licensed aesthetician, adding another layer of skill and care to her already impressive repertoire.

After years as a stay-at-home mom, Julie A. returned to the field of care giving with a wealth of experience. Her ability to anticipate care needs, enhance joy, and consistently go above and beyond makes her an invaluable member of our team. Julie's artistic talents extend to makeup, both daily and costume, which she considers a specialty. She also enjoys photography. Her family life mirrors the vision of FHC, filled with quality time, and cherishing the little moments that bring them closer together—a testament to the care she provides at FHC. She and her family are musical and use this as an opportunity to further heal the world.

Julie T. serves as the Area Coordinator for our current NH regions of service. Her responsibilities include the challenging task of scheduling, maintaining up-to-date documentation, managing client relations, and stepping in to provide field coverage when needed. As an LNA with extensive experience in homecare and facility work, Julie found her niche in homecare. Since joining our team, she has been an integral part of our success, leading us to expand her role within the agency. We eagerly anticipate her continued growth as we expand our services. In her personal life, Julie enjoys riding motorcycles with her significant other, indulging in ice cream, and spending time with her cats.

Melissa's infectious personality lights up any room she enters, and her presence is sure to elicit laughter. Introduced to us through fate, we are thrilled to have her on our team. With experience in both homecare and facility work, Melissa seamlessly transitioned into our agency. Her clients praise her caring nature, her willingness to exceed expectations, and her dedication to ensuring they have everything they need. Melissa's daughter embodies the same joy and character, reflecting that these qualities are an inherent part of who Melissa is. In addition to her role as a caregiver, Melissa enjoys pursuing photography during her "off-time."

Lisa is a dedicated HR Specialist who manages our interviewing and onboarding processes, assists new hires with paperwork, and supports training coordination and policy implementation. She also maintains quality assurance on client files to ensure we consistently meet required standards and deliver the highest level of care. With a background in mental health, Lisa has worked with both children and adults and brings many years of experience leading teams that provide essential services. Her clinical insight and managerial expertise help bridge client needs with staff support, fostering a thoughtful, standards-driven workplace. Outside of work, Lisa adores her dog and treasures time spent with her grandchildren. We are grateful for Lisa’s compassion and steady presence on our team.
